SUMMARY

1. When first loading the project the bottom says "Check missing clips" No clips are missing. it does this for a long time
2. Once loaded, project seems fine with effects and all
3. Render results in crash and error message [libvpx @0000000002bcb340] Transparency encoding with auto_alt_ref does not work

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. rotoscope project
2. render as VP8, VP9, or any other alpha
3. hangs up on "wait" for a long time, fails, crashes

OBSERVED RESULT
crashes

EXPECTED RESULT
Render rotoscoped project with alpha background

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows: Windows 10 Home 21H1 19043.1645

KDE Plasma Version: I don't know
KDE Frameworks Version: I don't know
Qt Version: I don't know
KDE version I have showing is 21.12.3

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
1. I've tried changing profiles.xml in "Data" per a tutorial. Won't work.
2. Prior to this, on an older version my rotoscope would crash just like BUG ID 434696
3. Update resolved crashes during rotoscope but not for render.

I tried with a 1080p50 clip with a rotoscope effect and render it to VP8 and VP9. No crash. 
Please check with actual 23.08.1 version on the download page.
