STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. I draw

OBSERVED RESULT
At random moments, hotkeys stop working. Absolutely everything does not work (including the mouse buttons).

EXPECTED RESULT
Hotkeys work all the time.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows 10 
Steam version

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I recorded a video of my drawing. It lasts three minutes. At 2:30 you can clearly see how the hotkeys stopped working.
Pressing Shift is assigned to change the size of the brush. The spacebar is assigned to "canvas dragging".
