SUMMARY
Trying to share a file with KDE Connect results in a failed share and logcat reporting:

04-19 07:52:42.450 21711 13012 E KDE/LanLink: No ports available
04-19 07:52:42.451 21711 13012 E KDE/sendPacket: No device link (of 1 available) could send the package. Packet kdeconnect.share.request to pc.example.com lost!

Any ideas here?  I have even rebooted my phone in case it was a situation of available ports all being used up.  But it's still happening.
