in the gimp on the exit dialog box there is a very handy hotkey that allows closed the program without saving changes (ctrl+d after ctrl+q). please, make the same option in the krita, i really miss it

Sorry, but we don't do this. You can already close the dialog without saving the image using a shortcut, and there is no reason to add a new shortcut for "Discard".
