Space between panel and application

SUMMARY
With the release of Plasma 5.24, a space has appeared between the panel and applications, where you can see the desktop wallpaper.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open KDE Setting in full screen mode

OBSERVED RESULT
You can see a long line with desktop wallpaper between the panel and the application.

EXPECTED RESULT
This space between the panel and the application should not be.

I have a UHD display, some users write that they do not see a issue on a FHD display.
