Akonadi is consistently creating this file for me:

$HOME/.config/Unknown Organization/akonadi_unifiedmailbox_agent.conf_changes.dat

I suppose it should go to $HOME/.config/akonadi instead.

OS: Debian testing.
Akonadi: 21.12.3.
