SUMMARY
It's a little hard to explain so here is a video. Not sure if this qualifies under the 15 minute bug since it is so easy to spot as soon as you launch Wayland session. This seem to happen regardless of the window decoration and widget style. Even without transparency, those highlights stay until the context menu closes
