SUMMARY
The value of "Stop charging at" in "Advance Power Settings" is not kept after restarting.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Got to Advanced Power Settings
2. Set te valu of "Stop charing at" to a different value than 100%
3. Click Apply
4. Restart

OBSERVED RESULT
If system is not restarted the value is kept and respected, the battery stops charging at the configured value.
After a system restart the value goes back to 100%

EXPECTED RESULT
The value should stay as configured even after restart or shutdown.
