No, Krita does not have print functionality. Krita is for creating images, not for printing them. And how had you wanted us to "state this in the beginning"?
Just state on the Download page "This software has no print option". That way when users design something in it they know that they can not print and share it. But you can export it to PNG (or JPG if you prefer) and share it online on Instagram, Twitter, Facebook etc. (File -> Export -> then choose a name with extension ".png" and press OK, then go to the website and find the file on your computer in the location where you saved it). And you can print it if you first export it to PNG or JPG and then go to LibreOffice Writer, or maybe MS Office Word, or even professional apps for printing like Scribus, load the image you saved on your computer, and then print it from that program.
