SUMMARY
i love the new overview desktop effect.
Would be nice to have mpris detect a window is playing music or video and offer to play/pause it and maybe also change its volume.

We do this for Task Manager tooltips, so it could be reasonable to do the same thing in the Overview effect.

One possible downside I could see is that it would drag in a dependency on plasma-pa unless we guarded it all behind some fancy CMake code and such.
