Unresponsible state of widget

SUMMARY
After enable viartual keyboard, in plasma tray "Show hidden items" appears virtual keyboard activation widget. When this widget stay in hidden items it's not responsible, mean nothing happend when click on it. When in settings assign virtual keyboard widget as "Always shown", it appears in system tray and toggling begin to work. But if reboot the system, in my case when panel on top of the screen, this widget automaticaly shown after desktop is started in half of the screen. If close this window(see screenshoot) and try to toggle keyboard state this widget is open again and for keyboard activation need's to tap to the opened window.

This was fixed in Plasma 5.25 IIRC.
