STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to kde.org
2. Click Language in the top right
3. Click Deutsch

OBSERVED RESULT
Many pages are half english

EXPECTED RESULT
Most pages are only German

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
On the home page a Computer is called "Rechner", most German speakers dont translate it and just say "Computer"

The websites (and some applications) being partly untranslated is a matter of man-power. Volunteers welcome. :)
Translating "Computer" as "Rechner" was a decision we made as a team once. It is possible to revisit this translation ... but "everybody" might be subjective to people of a certain age or profession, so it's probably not that clear.

Closing this because missing translations like this are a matter of volunteers. It cannot be "fixed" just like that. A complete translation today is incomplete again in a few days. So reports like this could be open all the time.
