Description John 2022-04-03 18:04:59 UTC
SUMMARY

In other programs (see Libreoffice and Chromium for examples), holding shift while scrolling scrolls horizontally. In Okular, holding shift and scrolling scrolls vertically, while holding alt and scrolling scrolls horizontally. It'd be nice if there were a way in the settings (possibly in keybinds) to switch these.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Hold shift
2. Scroll up and down

OBSERVED RESULT
The page scrolls faster vertically

EXPECTED RESULT
There should be an option to scroll horizontally

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows 11 21H2
KDE Frameworks Version: Version 5.91.0
Qt Version: Version 5.15.2 (built against 5.15.2)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Thanks for all the work y'all do on Okular! I use it all of the time instead of Adobe!
