SUMMARY

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install Nvidia Propietary driver version 5xx on your system from additional drivers in Kubuntu or Mint
2. Restart the system


OBSERVED RESULT
KDE Plasma elemts apear to be bigger than other elements like website texts and video, see Atachaments





SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma:  5.24.4

KDE Plasma Version: 5.24.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.92.0
Qt Version:  5.15.3

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
tested in Ubuntu 20.04 Mint 20.x OpenSUSE 

In the past I made the following modification to the file:

 /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/99-nvidia.conf adicione no final:

Section "Device"
    Identifier  "Videocard0"
    Driver      "nvidia"
        Option      "UseEdidDpi" "False"
        Option      "DPI" "96 x 96"
