SUMMARY
When using Breeze Twilight, some parts of the UI is missing opaque header and footer.
This doesn't happen when using Breeze or Breeze Dark.

OBSERVED RESULT
Background of kickoff and system tray widgets are fully translucent.

EXPECTED RESULT
Background of kickoff and system tray widgets have opaque header and footer.

Fixed in frameworks 5.93 already, and I notified distros to backport the fix.
