Example of Overview

SUMMARY
When I toggle Window Overview, the background appears to turn white, along with the profile picture in Kickoff

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Not exactly sure when it happened, but it was most likely after I downgraded Mesa from 22 to 21 to fix the issue with 22 not supporting older graphics hardware, like the one with 1st gen Intel Core.

OBSERVED RESULT
Overview's background & the profile picture in Kickoff are white

EXPECTED RESULT
Background and profile photo should appear normal.

Kernel Version: 5.16.0-18.1-liquorix-amd64 (64-bit)
Graphics Platform: X11

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Possibly related to bug 452064
I only use this laptop for workouts, and I don't do it often, so I'm not sure exactly when it started.
Also, this laptop is on Mesa 22 now installed from Ubuntu's repo. Before, the Mesa 22 came from Ernst's Mesarc: https://launchpad.net/~ernstp/+archive/ubuntu/mesarc, and that caused my laptop's graphics to use Llvmpipe, instead of Intel HD (which is now fixed).

Funny thing, I tried another profile, and it wasn't affected (not a newly created profile)

Yes, this looks like it's a graphics driver issue.

However...

Well that's odd. Can you attach your ~/.config/kwinrc file?

Also, does it work again if you turn off compositing?

I tried to turn off the compositor. Didn't help.

I couldn't access the Overview, so I didn't see that. However, lockscreen & everything else were still white

Thanks. I guess it's not the "openGLisunsafe" thing, them.

Does it happen on Wayland too, or just X11?
