Linux Debian stable (11), kernel from backports 5.15bpo3amd64 latest, all packages up to date
KDE plasma 5.20.5
Framework 5.78.0
qt 5.15.2

qBittorrent 4.4.1 app image https://www.fosshub.com/qBittorrent-old.html downloaded torrent, click it, open its Files tab, right click file to open file manager. It trigger Crash reporting assistant (The KDE crash handler). On the Fetching backtrace page, it says crash info. could not be generated and "You need to first install the debugger application ()" - yes fails to show package name (a BUG).

Debian is responsible for providing the installer tool. Please report a bug with them.

Would providing GDB in drkonqui/crash handler dialog help to get closer of this issue cause?
