discover_misplaced_buttons

SUMMARY
The latest version of discover shows some big "refresh" and "update all" buttons placed on top of the list of apps. This is a **very inconvenient** placement for clickable buttons and obstructs the view of apps. What's more, those buttons already exist at the top bar (where they should be).

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch discover.
2. See the apps that have updates.

OBSERVED RESULT
Shows big "refresh" and "update all" buttons placed on top of the list of apps, blocking their view.

EXPECTED RESULT
Should not put clickable buttons on top of the displayed list of apps, and should not duplicate buttons which are already shown there in the interface. In the worst case, should have the option of removing those misplaced buttons and should not have them there by default.

Fixed in Qt already. Debian needs to update their KDE Qt patch collection.
