SUMMARY
When using the vector OSM tiles, capital names seem to show only on higher zoom levels. Smaller city names are shown before.

Still broken in 25.04 and 25.08 in debian, both kde and qt version.
Maybe it's the OSM vector tiles being streamed? The files (f.e. http://maps.kde.org/earth/vectorosm/v1/9/276/172.o5m) show a last-modified date of 2020-11-02 ...
