SUMMARY
block selection mode doesn't work with RTL text.  I couldn't select any text.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. add multiple RTL lines
2. turn on block selection mode 
3. try to select anything

OBSERVED RESULT
no selection at all

Block selection is fairly complex and will probably not be that easy to make it work well with RTL. However, there are going to be multicursors in the upcoming release which work reasonably well with RTL text

Multicursors are now available, please consider using those instead.
