SUMMARY
There is no usability shortcuts for return and save form 

Return shortcut:

STEPS TO REPRODUCE 
1. Open system settings on any page
2. Change page to any other page
3. Type alt+left arrow

OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens

EXPECTED RESULT
should return to previous page

Save form shortcut :

STEPS TO REPRODUCE 
1. Open system settings on any page with edit fields
2. Edit anything
3. Type ctrl+enter

OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens, the user has to press the apply button to save the changes

EXPECTED RESULT
Should apply changes

It looks like not supported at the moment.
Changed to feature request for developers team validation.

We need one bug report per issue; see https://community.kde.org/Get_Involved/Issue_Reporting#One_issue_per_Bugzilla_ticket

Alt+Left to go back to the previous page is feasible. We can use this bug report for that.

Ctrl+Enter to accept changes is something that would have to be individually added to all 100+ pages, and I don't think it's feasible, sorry.
