STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Click "Open" menu item
2. Navigate to directory where KTurtle files are saved
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
"Turtle code files" is the default--but no files appear
Whereas selecting "All files", shows my files

EXPECTED RESULT
Seeing e.g. ".ttl" required extension by "Turtle code files" list item.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I could not find any Help documentation explaining what file extension I should add, to be listed by "Turtle code files".
