After prolonged use, the application window displayed on the desktop will become transparent and freeze, not responding to any events . This problem occurs almost every time, and there is no crash message. The frozen window is not limited to kwrite, I have also encountered window problems with chrome and edge. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. after prolonged use. OBSERVED RESULT The window becomes transparent, freezes, and does not respond to any events. EXPECTED RESULT the same as above. Are you using multiple virtual desktops? If so, this is likely Bug 438552.

At present, I have disabled the transparency function of the compositor according to the method of Martin van Es, and this bug has not been reproduced until now. Is this a bug in the desktop mixer?

Thanks. I've heard other reports of this too on X11, but I am unable to reproduce the issue on Wayland at all. And I haven't seen it on X11 in a month or two either. Would you be able to try current git master version of KWin and see if it still happens to you?
