It looks like Kali is based in Debian. You should be able to run sudo apt update sudo apt upgrade

I tried to update drivers but nothing worked. Then i run a command in terminal "sudo dmesg" to check and there was an error like this "Bluetooth: hci0: Failed to read codec capabilities (-56)". This is another issue and unrelated to Discover or KDE, so KDE bugtracker is not the correct place for the Bluetooth issue you have encountered.
