SUMMARY
Context and Application Menu's are displaced when using a displaced dual monitor setup. This does not occur when the non primary monitor (here on the left) is set to the right. Context menu seems to work if right clicked around the bottom of the app.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open any KDE Application
2. Right click and get the context menu / press on a menu button
3. See the displaced context / application menu

Already fixed upstream in Qt itself.
