Example of circled close button in GNOME Boxes

SUMMARY
Out of the box the Breeze icons provides a circled closed button which is no longer the default for the Qt theme. This is noticeable in certain apps such as the about menu in GNOME Boxes and on the GNOME DE. Similar change was made for the GTK theme to remove the circle from the close button in Bug 449876.

In that window, the button in question is just an ordinary button, not an actual window decoration button. Seems like it's using the `window-close-symbolic` icon, which indeed uses the circled style.

We could consider changing that.
