SUMMARY
After login, the scrolling direction is wrong (it's set to inverted).


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. activate this setting: systemsettings -> input devices -> mouse -> Scrolling: [X] invert scroll direction
2. log out and log in again

OBSERVED RESULT
scrolling direction is wrong (default)

EXPECTED RESULT
scrolling direction should honor my setting

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
manually disabling "invert scroll direction" and enabling it again after login fixes the issue
