Note widget steals ctrl+v event from desktop

If you copy any file then click on desktop outside note widget and press ctrl+v, the note widget will steal that event and paste the path of the file instead of copying the file to desktop. See attached video for more info.

Thanks for the video, very clear. Cannot reproduce on Wayland.
