Demonstration

When opening the context menu and hovering the cursor over the items in it, the blue stroke remains.
This only works in Wayland sessions, everything is fine on X11.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Log into any program.
2. Press Alt + F3
3. Move the mouse cursor over the menu items, you will see what is wrong

OBSERVED RESULT
The "backlight" remains
