Enabling or disabling Night color is not synchronized between Plasma settings Night Color page and Night Color widget.

That's because there's a difference between enablement and activation. In the KCM in System Settings, you're globally turning on or off the whole feature. The only time you'd want to disable it there is if you don't want to ever use it at all.
