Description Kvaks 2022-03-14 18:15:42 UTC
SUMMARY

When opening two files at once in Gwenview's browse tab, the two images are displayed side-by-side in Gwenview's View tab. Awesome! It should also do this when selecting two files in Dolphin and opening them in Gwenview! Instead something strange happens, Gwenview seems to copy the files to a /tmp-directory and displays that folder. Very strange!

The side-by-side comparison view would be much more useful if it could be opened directly from Dolphin.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Select two image files in Dolphin, both of which are assosiated with Gwenview
2. Press enter

OBSERVED RESULT

The files copied to a tmp-directory and opened in Gwenview's browse view

EXPECTED RESULT

The images displayed side-by-side in Gwenview's View mode
