SUMMARY

There is no response from KDE when pressing the shutdown button or the logout or hibernation button.
These buttons are of course included in the KDE menu.
***

OBSERVED RESULT
Only Ctrl + Alt + Backspace helps.
This happened after the last update to version 5.24.3.
I checked it on a desktop computer and a laptop, both are just as bad.
I log into X11, Wayland doesn't work for me.
