different activity settings in different contextual menus

SUMMARY

I've faced a weird bug on my laptop. Without known trigger (sometimes it's just Alt + Tab, but it happened just working in some program as well), the desktop stalls for a second, and after that all windows are available through Alt + Tab on any activities, "forgetting" their attachments, so I can switch to any application bound to any activity. This effect is restricted only to Alt + Tab cycling and some settings, the bottom desktop panel still shows me correct applications for current activity. What makes it's more weird, settings about activity binding are now out of sync for contextual menus opened in desktop panel and application taskbar (see attachment), but this, I hope, would be able to find the root of the problem.

The only line relevant to timeframe available in journalctl | grep --line-buffered kde is:

But it appears there every time I face this issue, so maybe it can help.

Also the frequency of issue is somewhat like once a day. I think there wasn't such a thing when I've just installed Manjaro in November, but I am not 100% sure.

This is fixed by reopening the applications, manually rebinding applications (I have to this twice for every application though), and obviously logging out & in/restarting.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
No known scenario. It just happens from time to time.

OBSERVED RESULT
After some unknown trigger, applications bound to specific activity are available on any activity through Alt + Tab cycling

EXPECTED RESULT
Applications stay on their activities

The system is relatively new Xiaomi Notebook Pro X, so hardware driver issues may be in play as well.
