SUMMARY
The context menu text on the desktop for HiDPI displays is blurred until you hover over the items in the context menu. Here are some screenshots to illustrate. This only affects the desktop context menu as far as I can tell, it does not happen when using applications.

This does not affect my non-scaled displays.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Right click on Plasma desktop on a scaled display.
2. Context menu is pixelated
3. Move mouse over context menu
4. Context menu displays correctly


OBSERVED RESULT
Context menu is blurred on the desktop until I move the mouse over some of the options.


EXPECTED RESULT
Context menu displays correctly initially after right click.

Can reproduce 100% with context menus in Plasma.

In Dolphin, I can reproduce after changing the screen setup to trigger this bug until restarting Dolphin; then the context menus are sharp as expected.

I can confirm that this is fixed in a Plasma 6 Wayland session!
