The applications menu is not positioned correctly.
Strange is that it appears on my laptop computer only, while on the work computer (with the same KDE version) the menu is rendered correctly.

***

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. start a KDE application
2. trigger menu item

OBSERVED RESULT
See the attached screenshot.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS

Running on a Mesa DRI Intel(R) HD Graphics 4400 (HSW GT2) from Intel Open Source Technology Center

What Qt version are you using?

From pacman:

extra/qt5-base 5.15.2+kde+r302-1 (qt qt5) [installed]
A cross-platform application and UI framework
extra/qt5-declarative 5.15.2+kde+r46-1 (qt qt5) [installed]
Classes for QML and JavaScript languages
extra/qt5-graphicaleffects 5.15.2-2 (qt qt5) [installed]
Graphical effects for use with Qt Quick 2
extra/qt5-multimedia 5.15.2-2 (qt qt5) [installed]
Classes for audio, video, radio and camera functionality
...

Do you need a version of a particular package?
Comment 3 Dan 2022-03-22 08:02:12 UTC
Sorry, that was on my work desktop, where there is qt5-base 5.15.2+kde+*r302-1* but on my laptop (where the bug appears) is extra/qt5-base 5.15.2+kde+*r305-1*.
I will re-check it at home, but expect the 5.15.2 QT version.

Ok, I think that's up-to-date enough. Thanks.

Sorry, I forgot to add that it is in multi-monitor setup - Laptop screen + external HDMI monitor (1920x1200). It is is relevant information ...
However, the working desktop (at work) uses also multi-monitor setup, with two (different) HP monitor models, both running on 1920x1200.
