Sliding notifications was broken with the 5.24.0 update as we all know. A fixed version was release and sliding notifications worked again till Plasma 5.24.1 and was broken again. Fall apart was working fine through Plasma 5.24.1 and with 5.24.2 the various windows and dialog boxes just close instead of falling apart. This behavior is present in both Manjaro and ArcoLinuxB.

Fall Apart effect is tracked with Bug 451528; let's use this for the sliding notification effect.
