SUMMARY Since switching to running Plasma on Wayland, I'm sometimes having a window (or a few) that seem to be "invisible" to plasmashell applets. Most often that happens with Pidgin's windows (buddy list and/or conversations window). What does not work: - they're missing from the Task Manager panel applet; - they're missing from the Window List panel applet; - they're not affected by the Minimize All Windows panel applet. What works: - normal window management (moving, resizing, maximizing, minimizing); - switching to/from them with Alt+Tab. If a window gets into this state when opened, it does not become normal later or vice versa (at least I've never seen that). I don't have reliable steps to reproduce (sometimes the windows of the same applications behave normal), but could perform steps for debugging if I knew what to do.
