Description of problem:
after suspending or hibernating the PC, bluetooth (both panel and settings page) shows no available bluetooth devices to connect to.

issue is present with latest release of bluez 5.63. downgrading to bluez 5.61 solves the issue.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.standby/hibernate PC
2.wake up

Actual results:
list of known devices is empty and it's not even possible to re-pair them anymore, since they are in fact paired.
