Monitors side by side: dock is usable

Due to the current nature of how multiple monitors in linux present themselves as one big desktop, hot corners and docks quit working if a monitor is placed after the activation area.

AN example of this is when I use latte dock and have the dock on the bottom, then place my second monitor under it, I can no longer use the dock at the bottom of my screen.
