SUMMARY
"Most used settings" show double entries for items frequently visited


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open system settings
2. access an item several times
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
Item is shown double in the "Most used" section.


EXPECTED RESULT
Only show unique values.
