Not sure which update changed it, but notifications are unreadable with the Oxygen desktoptheme, using a very dark grey foreground and black background.
Can you attach a screenshot that shows it?
https://luke.dashjr.org/tmp/screenshots/Screenshot_20220321_004625.png The issue seems to be that it's using the same themed foreground colour as the KRunner text entry (which is black on white), while forcing a black background colour. I actually do want it to be white-on-black (and KRunner to remain black-on-white), though, so I'm not sure using the same theme bg colour used by KRunner is the right answer either.
It's using Plasma::Theme::ViewColorGroup instead of (the correct?) Plasma::Theme::ToolTipColorGroup
