STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Using Discover, install Libre Office.
2. Using Discover, Install Libre Office Help.

OBSERVED RESULT
There is no Libre Office Help in Discover.

EXPECTED RESULT
Libre Office Help should be available in Discover.

Please report to LibreOffice themselves. They should offer appstream information for it if it needs installing explicitly.
