The most possible way to reproduce is use a few hours and leave about 1 hour. Sound strange... But it's true in my computer, I don't know why...
Comment 2 GuangDai 2022-02-23 14:34:37 UTC
I plan to check whether it is because of telegram-desktop-bin's strange action in Arch. If it is, I will close the this report.

Are you on Wayland, or X11?

X11.
Comment 5 GuangDai 2022-02-24 03:50:58 UTC
It seems to be caused by telegram-desktop-bin. I am not sure, but after I change into telegram-desktop-git, nothing happens.
Change to Resolved for now.
