STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install Google Chrome or Brave Browser;
2. Open a website, notion.so, for example;
3. Click on the upper right menu to customize browser.
4. Click on "More Settings" option;
5. Click on "Create Shortcut" option;
6. Mark the flag "Open as a window";
7. Click on button "Open".

OBSERVED RESULT
You will notice that the created web app is not recognized as a standalone app. It is grouped as a new browser window.

EXPECTED RESULT
A new icon should appear on the panel indicating that a new app, not a new browser window, has been opened.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux: Arch on X11
KDE Plasma Version: 5.24.1
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.91.0
Qt Version: 5.15.2

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
From what I quickly tested, this bug does not happen on KDE Neon with the same version as Plasma, KDE Frameworks and Qt.
