SUMMARY
When locking the screen, the animation is stuttery and not a smooth transition to the lock screen.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Lock the screen

OBSERVED RESULT
There is no transition to the screen being locked

EXPECTED RESULT
There should be a transition to the lock screen
