Sorry, I forgot to mention in the post that I'm on Kubuntu version 21.10
The entire page is not loading due to a packaging error. You should report this to the folks who maintain the Kubuntu Backports PPA.
Oh, that was just the "Before" image. Still, even with the after image, this suggests mis-packaging. I would still recommend you get in contact with them. If you find that you regularly want a newer version of Plasma that what's shipped in Kubuntu, it may be worth finding a different distro that better supports this preference.
Sorry to add another comment so late, but I've decided to downgrade back to 5.22, but the before picture is still what shows when I open the users page. Do you have any idea why this might be?
Seems like files were left over from 5.24; probably more mis-packaging. In general, if you want the latest Plasma version (or the latest version of anything), Kubuntu isn't going to be the best distro for you. You might be happier with Fedora KDE, Manjaro Plasma, or openSUSE Tumbleweed.
Or, if you like the Ubuntu core and can tolerate old non-KDE software, KDE Neon user edition might be more to your liking/
Thanks! Do you have any idea how I could resolve this, now that I've downgraded back to 5.22?
I don't, sorry. You should talk with Kubuntu's packagers about it.
