If you preview or edit files in krusader with the F3 (view) or F4 (edit) key, the view/edit window stays in the back and does not get put into the foreground With F3/view, this happens less often than with F4 (in my case, i was trying with kate an kwrite) Independent of the kate/kwrite window (minimized, background but visible, background and covered by other windows), pressing F4 does indeed load the file into the editor, but does not push it in front of the other windows
the same happens if you click on bluetooth settings in the taskbar, then on configure bluetooth... Systemsettings is loaded in the background with the bluetooth panel active, but the window does not come to the foreground
This is a Wayland-specific issue that is fixed in Qt6.
