STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open System Settings
2. Go to Fonts in the appearance section
3. Adjust font dpi, the "change display scaling" button appears
4. Error message appears saying shared library was not found

OBSERVED RESULT
Error message appears when shortcut button clicked on

EXPECTED RESULT
Change display scaling button should take you to the display section under "Display and Monitor"

This means there is a problem with how your software is installed. I would advise you to contact the Arch packagers or an Archi-specific user support group.

It's a bug in plasma-workspace and has been fixed in 5.24.2.
