Which repositories are missing? All of them? Some of them? Can you attach a screenshot?

They all seem related, actually.
Can you run it in a terminal and see if there's any error messages?

It should be noted that Discover doesn't show the repositories on any of the devices I own that run Plasma but one: they aren't shown on my notebook and two desktops, but they appear on my tablet which is the most recent install (~6 months ago, while all others have installs going back at least a couple of years). Not on all of them the Flatpak section is missing, though. No messages appear when running in a terminal on any of them. All of my devices have KDE neon installed with all the latest updates installed.
Is this still happening? Feels like a neon packaging bug TBH.
