SUMMARY
Dolphin needs to be relaunched when connected an Android phone in order to view the phone's files.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch Dolphin without phone connected.
2. Connect Android phone and allow the computer to access its data.
3. Try to browse phone's files

OBSERVED RESULT
An error appears: "No storage media found. Make sure your device is unlocked and has MTP enabled in its USB connection settings."
No files show up in Dolphin.

EXPECTED RESULT
Being able to browse the files like normal. After relaunching Dolphin, I'm able to view my phone's files.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This bug is consistent across all my computers using KDE/Dolphin and has been around for easily over a year. I am using a Samsung Galaxy S8.
